This steady influx of tourism ensures a high demand for rental properties, providing investors with the opportunity to generate rental income throughout the year. Portugal is known for its political stability and safety. The country has a robust legal framework that protects property rights and ensures a transparent real estate market.

Additionally, Portugal consistently ranks high in global safety indexes, providing peace of mind to investors concerned about the security of their investments.
